Bio:
Kevin Martin is a college film student from Bergen
County, New Jersey currently enrolled as a freshman at Drexel University. He
is one of the founding members of the group Modern Plumbing Studios which
emerged from the Academies @ Englewood magnet high school in North Jersey
and has worked on over a dozen projects through high school under its flag.
He frequently chooses to create music videos in honor of artists and works
that have inspired him for short film projects, feeling it is an
under-appreciated and unexplored medium, though he has also written two
short films and one feature. He cites his biggest cinematic influences as
Kieslowski, Haneke, Lars von Trier, Aronofsky, Gondry, Bergman, the Coen
brothers, and especially Park Chan-wook.
