Childhood friends, Jenna Taylor and Sam Morgan, are rookies on the best girls soccer team in the state. The small school on the edge of town is poorly funded, so they decide to organize a bikini car wash to help pave their way to the nationals. Blake Stoughton, the hormone enraged lap dog of team captain Lena Lucci, takes upon the task of setting up the car wash, in an attempt to finally win over the ever sought after, Lena. His iron clad plan takes a turn for the worse, when the bus breaks down in front of a rustic looking gas station. With extensive repairs needed to the bus, Blake convinces Lena to start the car wash there, while his best friend Tommy Morris fixes the bus.

After entrusting Blake to hold her precious ring, Lena finds that he has gone missing along with the keys to the bus. Just as the sun begins to set, Jenna and Sam stumble upon a bizarre string of phone messages from a lost cell phone. As more team members go missing, it becomes more and more apparent that the gas station is not abandoned, but rather the stalking grounds for a homicidal maniac named Moe. Donning a badly worn out mechanic's uniform, Moe kills with a distinguished brutality, opting for what ever weapon he can get his hands on, and then placing his bloody victims on ice, in order to savor his work just a little longer. Hope for survival slips away with each passing second, as the girls frantically search for a way out; terrified of becoming another victim of Moe's bone chilling fetish.

Bikini Girls on Ice is a throw-back to the classic 80's slasher horror films and stars scream queen Suzi Lorraine (Drew Barrymore and Huge Grant's: Music and Lyrics, Knock Knock & As the World Turns), Kerri Taylor (Requiem for a Vampire & Casualty) and introduces a host of young fresh faced actors that are sure to burn up the screen.
