You are welcome to call our offices to speak in person about any of your concerns, however, it is recommended that you contact us via email for a more complete and informed response.

Please keep in mind that our film festival receives more than 1,000 emails and phone calls each day.

Each inquiry we receive is considered of the highest priority and will be answered as soon as possible, in the order that it was received.

Please be advised that:

Anyone interested in contacting us for the purpose of requesting a submission fee waiver for their project should know that only projects submitted using our printable entry form will be approved for a submission fee waiver.

Any and all fee waiver requests for projects submitted through Withoutabox.com will not be approved. This is due to certain financial policies of Withoutabox.com, that are beyond our control. We cannot afford to grant fee waivers for projects submitted through the Withoutabox.com site.
