MR. RICHARD BENIPAYO holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of the Philippines and is currently a graduate senior at California State University, Northridge Cinema&Television Arts Department. A producer, writer and director, he is a recipient of The Hollywood Foreign Press Association Scholarship. Among his works include The Gaze, Virus, Betrayed and Drugs To Die For. He has a short film in pre-production entitled "The Journey's End" to be shot in early March 2003 in Asia.
