Legalized America
is a satire that delves into a society where all illicit drugs
are legal.

At age 25, Michael Ball has been working on set since he was a
teenager, completing his first short film on Super 8mm while
still in the early years of high school. After receiving an
undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, majoring in
screenwriting and graphic design, Michael continued his
education at Boston University, fulfilling the requirements for
a Master of Fine Arts degree in film production. Michael Ball
has recently returned from being on a month-long
assignment as a cinematographer traveling through 5 countries in
Africa. He was working with the former U.S. Ambassador to
Tanzania, Ambassador Charles Stith. They have conducted
interviews with several Presidents and various business and
collegiate figure heads concerning the state of democracy in
Africa, as well as, the effects of September 11 on the global
economy. The project is in association with the African
Presidential Archives and Research Center
