Puddlejumper is
about a man flying through Mexico who despite not speaking the
language meets a pretty girl only to juggle his attention
between her and the world's worst case of 'Montezuma's Revenge'.
There's no bathroom and the clock is ticking.

DAVE WEST (Director, Writer) marked his film directorial debut
with his 24P High Definition comedic short, Puddlejumper, which
has won the festival award for Best Comedy at the 2002 Arizona
International Film Festival and the Audience Harmony Award at
the 2002 DancesWithFilms. West began his career in Arizona
producing, directing and acting in multiple theatrical
productions. His work won him Best Actor of the 1990 American
College Theater Festival. After attending New York's American
Academy of Dramatic Arts, West worked in off-Broadway and
off-off Broadway productions. After moving to Los Angeles, West
worked on movies of the week, on the feature film God's Lonely
Man and produced and directed theatrical productions. West was
cast in Academy Award-winning director Ernest Thompson's The
Westside Waltz, starring Liza Minelli and Shirley MacLaine.
Recently, West switched to the other side of the camera, working
for the Digital Entertainment Network, and producing the digital
comedic short, Et tu... He is currently working on the comedy
short, The Virginity Monologues, which he created and plans to
direct. West also co-wrote, produced and starred in an
independent television pilot, Day Guy. West's current projects
include a 24P HD feature film, BachelorMan, which he co-produced
and played the part of Artie Spires. He is in pre-production to
direct a music video and various commercial spots. He also
provides content for Comedyontap.com, and is a featured
columnist for the sports and entertainment website,
SportsHollywood.com.
