Teeny Monkey is Tom Ballatore, Patrick Cannon, and Amit Itelman, an LA-based comedy troupe that has written and performed together since 1997, creating stage, film, and television material. An outgrowth of the HBO/Warner Bros Workspace in Hollywood, Teeny Monkey’s stage shows include CatHead, Big Bag of Meat, and Dance Little Monkey Dance, named Comedy Pick of the Week by LA Weekly in 2001.  Their first film, Timmy’s Wish, is an official selection of more than twenty film festivals in 2002, including the Florida Film Festival, the Malibu Film Festival, and Cinequest.  The film won "Best of the Fest" at both the Santa Cruz Film Festival and the Humboldt International Short Film Festival, received the Audience Choice award at the Big Muddy Film Festival, and was a finalist at the USA Film Festival in Dallas.  Timmy's Wish will be featured in heavy-metal supergroup System of a Down's stage show during the 2002 OZZFEST tour.
