Midnight Madness

Before writing the terrifying new novel Personal Demons, winner of the Anubis Award for Horror, Gregory Lamberson wrote and directed the gross-out, microbudget cult classic Slime City, as well as New York Vampire and Naked Fear. All three films played as midnight movies in New York City, and Slime City was sold around the world. Shock-O-Rama Cinema has just released a Special Edition DVD of Slime City, with an all new, letterboxed transfer, and featuring Naked Fear as an extra.

Lamberson also worked as a production manager on I was a Teenage Zombie, and as Frank Henenlotter's Assistant Director on the cult classic Brain Damage. A member of the Horror Writers Association, Lamberson has sold articles to Hellnotes, H.P. Lovecraft's Magazine of Horror, and Red Scream Magazine. He is prominently featured in the new book, Gods in Spandex: a Survivors Account of 80s Cinema Obscura, and he can be contacted through his web site, www.slimeguy.com.
