Director: Steven Fischer Houdini is a metaphorical expression of a love gone wrong, of one person's inability to escape a soured relationship. It's an allegorical interpretation of love's potent (if not creepy) power to capture a heart in a hold so complex and strong even master escape artist Harry Houdini couldn't break free.
